Implant dentures are dentures that can be secured in place by implants for maximum retention. These can be either fixed or removable.
Partial dentures (partials) are removable appliances that are for people who still have some of their own existing teeth remaining. The partial is made to fill in missing tooth spaces and attach to remaining teeth for retention.
Complete (full) dentures are done when all the teeth are missing in an arch. They are removable and held in place by natural suction and the muscles and structures of the mouth.
